Paradise Entertainment, the holding company behind Macau’s gaming equipment provider LT Game, has announced dramatically weakened financial performance for fiscal year 2025. The firm recorded revenues of HK$834.4 million, representing a 23.1% contraction from the previous fiscal period.
Income generated from electronic gaming equipment sales and leasing arrangements declined precipitously by 45.3%, reaching just HK$199.8 million. Meanwhile, the company’s net earnings tumbled 63.5% to HK$139.4 million.
The company’s adjusted EBITDA contracted by 54.2%, falling to HK$207.5 million. Executives attributed the downturn to weakening demand for their products and the conclusion of satellite casino management operations at Macau’s Casino Kam Pek Paradise.
For years, LT Game has established itself as a prominent supplier of Live Multi-Game terminals throughout Macau’s casino landscape. These innovative terminals enable casino operators to expand gaming capacity while remaining compliant with Macau’s stringent regulations governing live table game limits.
However, with performance metrics trending downward across its established business segments, Paradise Entertainment is implementing a comprehensive strategic realignment focused on emerging markets and diversified revenue streams.
Strategic Expansion Into Digital Gaming With Infernoplay
The most significant element of Paradise’s transformation involves introducing Infernoplay, a business-to-business gaming content platform leveraging LT Game’s extensive game portfolio. The strategy centers on adapting these existing titles for distribution to licensed online gaming platforms worldwide.
Paradise characterized the international digital gaming sector as positioned for substantial expansion. The company highlighted advancements in technological infrastructure, expanding game libraries, and widespread mobile connectivity as key catalysts.
Through the Infernoplay platform, Paradise is creating innovative gaming content incorporating generative artificial intelligence capabilities. These AI-enhanced titles are currently under development and anticipated to launch imminently with licensed gaming operators globally.
Company leadership views this digital content division as a significant short-term growth engine that complements rather than replaces its established electronic table game operations.
Regarding physical gaming products, Paradise is pursuing geographic diversification beyond its traditional Macau stronghold. The organization has identified the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Laos, Malaysia, Vietnam, and North American territories as regions offering substantial untapped market potential.
After its management partnership with SJM Resorts concluded in late 2024, Paradise has diversified into consulting services. The company announced a collaboration with an unnamed Macau gaming concessionaire to deliver advisory services beginning December 2, 2025.
Paradise has not revealed the identity of its consulting client. This advisory model enables the company to monetize its operational knowledge and industry expertise without assuming comprehensive management responsibilities or associated risks.
Innovative Gaming Technology for Traditional Casino Environments
LT Game is simultaneously developing cutting-edge hardware solutions for brick-and-mortar gaming venues. A sophisticated platform named Black Coral is slated for commercial deployment this year. This system incorporates comprehensive analytics capabilities and visual displays presenting both historical performance metrics and live gameplay information.
Black Coral will integrate with Speedwave, an innovative cabinet design featuring a slant-top configuration. The unit’s modular architecture enables casino operators to transition between different game offerings simply by replacing the cabinet topper component.
Paradise emphasized that this adaptable design philosophy helps casino operators react more dynamically to evolving player preferences and market trends. The approach also maximizes the revenue potential of each gaming floor position.
The organization is conducting active sales presentations featuring its complete product lineup to casino operators throughout targeted Asian and North American markets.
Paradise positioned its challenging FY25 financial performance as validation for its strategic transformation initiatives. Both Black Coral and Speedwave systems are projected to begin appearing in casino installations during the latter portion of this year.
