Strategic Alliance with Palantir and World View Acquisition
On March 11, Ondas and Palantir (PLTR) unveiled a strategic partnership aimed at incorporating Palantir’s Foundry artificial intelligence platform into Ondas’ autonomous drone infrastructure. Chief Executive Erik Brock stated the collaboration “places Ondas at the forefront of advanced, multi-domain operational capabilities.”
Palantir shares gained 6.74% in Monday trading.
Simultaneously, Ondas finalized its acquisition of World View, a company specializing in stratospheric observation technology, in a transaction valued at $150 million consisting predominantly of stock consideration. Management indicated the transaction bolsters the company’s aerial and terrestrial autonomous capabilities with enhanced high-altitude surveillance functions.
Following the transaction’s completion, the company reported pro forma cash reserves of $1.5 billion.
Growing Defense Sector Demand Drives Backlog Expansion
Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed receiving several purchase orders aggregating approximately $6 million for counter-unmanned aerial system solutions from defense and homeland security clients across the Middle East and additional international markets.
The company’s current order backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management attributing the majority of anticipated 2026 revenue expansion to its autonomous systems division.
For the first quarter of fiscal 2026, Ondas projects revenue ranging from $38 million to $40 million — indicating approximately 820% year-over-year growth.
