The announcement arrives during an active period for Supermicro’s product development cycle. This rollout extends the company’s recent momentum, occurring while SMCI shares have declined approximately 31% during the previous half-year period.
These new platforms cater to facilities unable to easily deploy high-density computing infrastructure. The RTX PRO 4500 features a single-slot design with power-efficient operation starting at just 165 watts — making it viable for edge deployments that historically couldn’t support comparable hardware capabilities.

The organization unveiled among the initial context memory storage platforms leveraging NVIDIA’s STX architecture. Seven complete AI Data Platform packages were also introduced through partnerships with companies including Cloudian, DDN, and IBM.
SMCI further announced platform support for the NVIDIA Vera Rubin architecture incorporating its liquid-cooling technology, alongside a partnership with One Blockchain LLC targeting AI infrastructure solutions.
