Ondas has kept investors on their toes this week. On Thursday, the Florida-headquartered defense technology firm unveiled a collaborative agreement with Palantir Technologies and World View Enterprises aimed at developing AI-enhanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities spanning stratospheric, aerial, and terrestrial domains.
This strategic alliance merges three complementary technology sets. Palantir brings its advanced AI infrastructure to the table. World View contributes its Stratollite high-altitude balloon technology, which functions in the stratospheric zone between conventional aircraft and orbital satellites. Ondas supplies its autonomous aerial vehicles, ground systems, and counter-unmanned aerial system technologies via its Ondas Autonomous Systems division.
The partnership’s goal is establishing an integrated command and control framework for ISR operations — seamlessly linking intelligence and operational capabilities across all three platform categories.
Three core initiatives form the foundation of this collaboration. Palantir Warp Speed aims to construct a comprehensive data infrastructure connecting supply chain operations, engineering workflows, and manufacturing processes to facilitate fleet expansion. AI Flight Director will consolidate atmospheric intelligence, telemetry streams, and predictive modeling into a unified mission operations platform. SkyWeaver focuses on developing edge computing capabilities for real-time on-platform data analysis.
Implementation on World View’s stratospheric platforms has already begun. Broader integration spanning Ondas’ complete product lineup is slated to commence during Q4 2026.
Palantir’s CEO Alex Karp characterized persistent surveillance platforms such as Stratollites and Ondas’ autonomous technologies as representing “a new frontier in operational intelligence.” World View’s CEO Ryan Hartman emphasized that the alliance will accelerate stratospheric mission deployment and enable more rapid intelligence gathering in challenging operational environments.
Ondas CEO Eric Brock framed the partnership as progress toward establishing scalable ISR infrastructure capable of multi-domain operations.
ONDS climbed 2.34% during Thursday’s premarket session to reach $10.06, based on Benzinga Pro data.
A Busy Run of Announcements
This collaboration follows Ondas’ previously disclosed strategic investment and commercial agreement with World View — meaning the two firms had already established a working relationship before Palantir joined the arrangement.
Earlier in the week, Ondas secured an initial $15.8 million contract for a nationwide demining initiative in Israel. This represents the first operational purchase order within a multi-year program potentially valued at $60 million overall.
The company also recently completed the acquisition of BIRD Aerosystems, an Israeli defense contractor focused on missile defense and intelligence technologies. BIRD’s aircraft protection systems are currently operational on more than 700 aircraft spanning over 40 different aircraft types globally.
Ondas pre-announced fourth quarter revenues ranging from $29.1 million to $30.1 million — representing approximately 600% year-over-year growth. Full-year 2025 revenue guidance projects between $49.7 million and $50.7 million.
